I am a nursing student and I have run into the problem of people claiming the stethoscopes don't work well... I have worked at a hospital for over a year and have noticed that the majority of nurses where I work use the disposible stethoscopes at work. You have to know how to use them or you won't hear what you want to or anything at all. I have used this SPRAGUE RAPPAPORT STETHOSCOPE at work and have found it to be in perfect working condition. Unless you are a cardiologist, an expensive scope is NOT needed.

My wife says the stethoscope works well, but she could hear feadback she believed to be from the two tubes rubbing together. It is also a little heavy.
