Bought this set on the 24th and received it on the 28th! My daughter, who is going into nursing school in the Fall, has not officially used them yet(this is why not 5 stars) but the quality of the bp cuff and stethoscope are very good upon observation and testing! The fast service was very much appreciated.

Im not going to bore you with a long review.
This product is just as advertised its a great Littman Classic II stethoscope, the name speaks for it self: excellent sound quality and 5 year warranty.
I was kind of skeptical about the BP cuff [Match Mates] but it was a good material build and its resistant, plus its tuned. I compared it to my friends Tyco and Reister and it does the same good job sturdy and precise.
I would Recomend this bundle for any med student who needs a starter kit or in more advance state of the career. But Remember its a Littman stethoscope, hold on to it tight b/c they get "lost" easily.
If you can afford it Buy it, if you can't save up for it, but it will last a lifetime!!! I'll buy it again!!

I just started nursing school, and I had been using the school's equipment during our practice labs. We start clinicals next week and we were required to buy our own stethoscope. My school bookstore sells this same stethoscope (as the Littman II is considered a high quality and recommended stethoscope for nurses) for about $90 by itself. I'm glad I decided to check amazon before I purchased from the bookstore because for just an extra $20 you can get the blood pressure cuff and sphygmomanometer (gauge) and a nice storage case which also contains the stethoscope. It was delivered today and I've already taken my boyfriend's blood pressure and listened to his heart (and my dog's and cat's hearts too! lol). I have to say the sound is way better than the stethoscopes that are provided in the school's lab. After using the school's equipment, I was worried about properly hearing the Korokoff sounds (what you listen for when taking blood pressure) and I was considering buying a much more expensive electronic noise canceling stethoscope. I'm glad I didn't, because really this stethoscope is all I need. The blood pressure cuff is an added bonus, because you can practice taking BP on all your friends and family. It's well worth having, even if it's not required. If you are a nursing or medical student and you need to purchase a stethoscope, I'd highly recommend this kit. It's everything you need as a beginner.
