4 out of 5 stars Great things in small packages...   July 7, 2010
Amazed by Amazon
My husband and I are thrilled with the Mark of Fitness B/P monitor we just received! It is within range, and I had a previous model that never was accurate. My husband's MD appreciated the fact that he now able to keep track of his own blood pressure and bring the monitor in for his appointments, and they are able to see the history for many days.

1 out of 5 stars Inaccurate readings   April 9, 2010

The monitor did not give accurate readings. It was always 60 or more points higher than the readings from other machines. If it was correct I would be st stroke level all the time. I returned it and will not buy another.

3 out of 5 stars As good as electronic would get   March 15, 2010

Keeping in mind that all electronic BP monitors can only be so accurate it's not bad.

You MUST READ THE DIRECTIONS!

After reading the directions on how to wear it, what to do - it works fairly well.

Occasionally inaccurate but believe it or not - you'll get that with these types.

Buy a manual BP/steth and learn how to do it if you're that stressed. I always have mine as a backup.

The BP monitor seems more accurate on me than the pulse.

But probably one of the better electronic BP monitors you can buy for your wrist.

I got this for my mother, who is not technologically savvy, and she was able to take her own blood pressure after only showing her a couple of times, which is a testament for the ease of use of this product. seems to be well made, and accurate, although i had nothing to reference it against. it was a bit particular about the position of your arm while taking the reading; if it wasn't at the exact level of your heart, it would return an error, but id rather that than an inaccurate reading. i would recommend this to anyone that needs to keep an eye on their blood pressure in between doctor visits.
